Return Policy

After order has been submitted, the order will be subject to an internal approval process.  Once approved for production, no changes or alterations will be allowed to the order and no refunds will be made.  Any issues after production will be handled on a case by case basis for resolution.  All claims for shortages, damaged goods, etc. must be made within five days of receipt of product.
